About the Candidate

First and foremost “Thank you” ! As a result of my commitment to this great community wanting to grow and be developed economically Austell is thriving. My top two priorities were youth advocacy and family based programs for our seniors.Engagement and transparency for residents that were not aware of Sweet Water Mission.Inc social services that prevent hunger and homelessness, holiday food drives,Cobb county recreation programs and food pantries during the Pandemic were some of the collaborations this term that I was committed to. Many of the decisions that were previously made during prior terms were not as transparent. Citizens will continue to be inspired through transparency and the correct leadership.

If re-elected I will,

- Continue to speak with residents about issues that impact their neighborhoods.

- Notify Public Works of roadway debris/street improvements.

- Dispose of trash by personally disposing of debris on front streets.

- Integrate Parks and Recreations for The City Of Austell for a healthier and vibrant community.

- Support investors that want to build and landscape The City Of Austell.

- Unite all Wards to strengthen and foster an inclusive and engaged city.

- Provide information that will emotionally and financially be effective for a better community.

As current Council Member for Ward 2 I have served as Chairperson for Parks and Recreation Committee (2020-2021), Chairperson for Austell Police Committee (2022-Current) Community Affairs Committee Member, and Public Works Committee Member.

I use my organization Myrick Management, for which I serve as Director, as a platform to assist the underprivileged in sports organizations. In addition, to building innovative youth zones that provide family-based activities and mentoring to Cobb County's younger generation at Wallace Park and South Cobb football programs.I have volunteered as a coach for The City of Atlanta Parks and Recreation  to prepare young people for college and professional sports.
